The brief
Fika needed a premium brand film to win work with large institutional property companies, showing how they design and build spaces people genuinely want to live and work in.
Our approach
We built a five-act documentary structure led by Fika's own team, with clients and partners weaving their perspective through the story. Shot across Leeds and London with a small crew, so interviews felt like conversations, not productions.
